Hi folks, I thought y'all might be interested in this film. Michael Lewis makes his own cones and also builds almost everything from scratch. He goes into detail and talks about his endless attempts to get the cones right. Eric Clapton plays Fine Resophonic NATIONAL Style Resonator guitars, so does Robbie McIntosh (Norah Jones), Michael Messer and Blues Legend Louisiana Red. They are among the best handmade Custom National-Style Resonator Guitars on the planet. Michael Lewis (Paris, France) is one of the most sought after European restoration experts for vintage National Guitars. I travelled to France, England and Germany to meet the experts and the luthier in person to shoot this outstanding documentary. This is part one of an extensive 50 minute film documentary.
