Post subject:  First fingerboard/inlay finished

This fingerboard was done completely on my CNC. It's my first significant CNC project (not including jigs, etc.). CNC did the profile, radius, fret slotting, and inlay. I learned a lot from it. On to the next thing!

Thanks, Chris. I'm building this one for my son, and "pinstriping" was the word he used to describe what he wanted.

Thanks, everyone! This was a challenge in many ways. The biggest being that the lines are only .015" thick. But after a few broken bits and a fair amount of scrapped shell pieces, I was able to get it all in. CNC is awesome.
