Best upgrade ever! This one was $39 from Amazon, was easy enough to install, is VERY accurate and extremely repeatable. Wishing I would have bought this years ago, but then they weren’t readily available or affordable to the consumer market. Happy day for my shop….

Yes I did, it's a quick release double jaw chuck and that was a good upgrade as well. It cut the runout in half, but the drill spindle itself still has a lot of runout, on the order of .003". I got my Dremel to almost zero with a new chuck.....
