Hello to all!

A'm new to this forum, great place!
And I have one important for me question:
Is it bad or not
for neck that walnut filler strip placed
not in center of neck axis (or not in center of
headstock or not in center of neck, I don't know
how to say better:-))?
Is it something wrong with this neck?
Here is the picture:

It's probably a fake counterfeit fender neck copy. A real fender would have the walnut plug and the trussrod centered.
