I recently started looking into Ukuleles and how they are built, and
starting making some drawings in my notebook for a Semi Hollowed
Ukulele.

The design I drew up specifically, is a Telecaster type body based
off the semi hollow thinline series. I'm still a beginner to building instruments,
but I'm very excited in getting my chance to build this seeing as its something
rarely done.

How well do you guys think something likes this would work? I was wondering
how I would go about doing the neck joint, seeing as I wouldn't have as wide
a body to work with. I already have a pickup in mind to use, but cannot find a micro
sized 4 string bridge.
