http://guitarbuildingtemplates.com/ The neck-body joint is at the 16th fret. There are many ways to rout for the pickups, depending on whether or not you choose to use a pickguard. If you're putting a fancy top on it, rout some wire channels in the body before you glue the top on. |

Try looking in Fender's Mr Gearhead website: http://www.fender.com/support/wiring_di ... _lists.php The diagrams are in pdf format, and you'll have to scale them to the correct size. You can use the fact that the Strat's scale length is 25.5 inches to do the scaling.
