finished drawing sharktooth inlays & sorted through pieces to use and come across one piece that catches the light very well,
my only prblem with this is after i put it into the fingerboard i have to sand it. knowing that i may loose the pattern.

is there anyway of getting around this? will be inlaying on a 12" rad with 1.5mm thick MOP.

if i can get a pic up of the piece sometime today i will.

thanks

Outside of using Gravlam, or slicing the piece up into multiple slivers and reconstituting it into a radiused piece, you pretty much have to hope for the best when sanding a bunch off of a piece of shell.
