OK, figured maple neck with a rosewood fretboard, bald cypress body, hand made pickguard, GFS "Wild Dog" humbucker at the neck, and a GFS Overwound Fatbody at the bridge. Thin Danish Oil finish. The sound is excellent, very well suited for blues and southern rock. Lots of power, and the tele bridge pickup is just sick The pickups are a really good match, the neck is extra bassy, whereas the bridge has way more emphasis on trebles, and the combination of the two is just insane. I hope to use this setup again. |

Nope, not quite there yet. I'm hoping to refurb it though since it's been sitting around a while. Might give it another finishing session, definately will rewire it and make a new neck for it (it deserves one), and I'm also hoping to replace the bridge with something more solid and new. Preferably the vintage style ashtray bridge with brass saddles. |
