i wanna leave the color of my guitar natural to the wood, could i poly coat it or something like that to give a clear coat but at the same time give it protection? |

you can coat that thing in finger paint if you want to and its not going to affect the sound at all. |

Different finishes do not noticeably affect the sound of electric guitars, within reason. If you want to use poly, feel free. |
