I used to use the #4, #7, & #9 Mirror Glaze. Current info leads me to believe that this is morphed into their "professional" line. (shop safe=silicone free) I gather their pro line is geared a little more to dual action buffer, vs. the "consumer line" which would lean hand application. Are the suppositions correct? They have a great website, incl. videos, forum, etc, but what are YOUR experiences and recommendations? On a recently Nitro finished guitar, I went up to 2000 micromesh, went to the buffer with the brick color stick (coarsish) , then to a butterscotchy loking stick. Almost there. Then I went to the last remaining drops of My old bottle of #9. Looks good, but not enough product to do the sides. I've not seen this line in the auto stores I've been in lately, though I haven't looked in competitors' shops. So, again, what are your experiences and recommendations for final phase nitro finish buff out? |

I'd put this post in the main forum to get a number of responses. I'm right at that stage now and I'd certainly like to hear it too. |

Benedetto suggests an equal parts mixture of Meguiars #7, mineral oil and water as the last polishing step if I recall correctly. |
