Filippo, I don't think you'll find one for that cheap.
Mojotone has a tweed champ, chassis only, for $400+.
I've built 2 amps from scratch.
I got the free plans from Angela instruments.com.
Single ended amp project.
One amp has all the expensive stuff in it, $500, then I built the cab out of 1/2" birch ply.
The other amp used parts I had, and used cheap parts, probably $150?
I also built the super single ended amp, using the chassis, power and output trannies, and whatever
else I could use from an old Dukane PA I got off e-bay for $50.
I don't remember how much more I put into that one, but I do remember paying an amp guy $300
to finish it, because the voltage at the power tubes was 550volts  , or something like that.
So, the Angela amps sound great, but are noisy at idle, which goes with the territory with single ended jobs.
Only way I can see it for $200 is to scrounge around for the big parts, used.
Some suggestions, imo, oil filled caps where you can find the right values, a choke, instead of a resistor,
definitely a rectifier tube, and good tubes. I like the Tung Sol re-issues myself.
Amp building is more of a money suck than git-building. duh
It is fun though!
Good luck!

Here you go. Blackface champ for $207, and the vibro for $10 more. I've dealt with Triode in the past, but not recently, they were pretty good guys to deal with when I did.

That looks to me to be the best deal,
but you still need tubes and a chassis.
Ka-ching! $300.

The With Tubes option is only an extra $40, one could in a pinch build a chassis out of wood scraps from the shop. Just make sure your grounding is correct.

Heya Filippo,
Check out http://www.ax84.com
It's a forum for tube amp building guy's with great info.
The list a couple std starter schematics including complete layouts and mods. Everything is incredibly well documented and they've got a great pdf file that explains exactly how everything works + exactly how to build it start to finish. the forum can help with any hiccups.....etc.
Doberman amps sells kits for some of the amp designs on ax84.com
http://shop.dobermanamps.com/category-s/3.htm
They start at $259 including a blank aluminum chassis and tubes + eyelet board for their 5 watt P1 amp. Does not include wire
Or go $269 to add a 2nd 12AX7 tube for some screaming distortion....
Sadly, I dont belive you will find cheeper.... I've been lookin for a while and have been unsucessfull....

Filippo,

If you find that your parts tally ends up around the $450.00 range check out Bugera amps. I picked up a new Bugera 1960 head (all tube) and cabinet last year out the door for around $700.00 after a little haggleing. The head was 450 of it. Sounds every bit as good as an old Marshall Plexi IMO. Just be forwarned at 150 watts it gets a little noisy. I was playing it in the basement one day with the house closed up and my girlfriend came in from outdoors yelling, claiming it was loud enough that I might as well be sitting on the porch. It was not even a quarter of the way up. laughing6-hehe Just some food for thought.

I don't have any experience with building amps personally, but if you haven't already, I would recommend checking out www.thegearpage.net. They've got a pretty knowledgeable group of electric guitar players, and even have a few very well respected amp builders who post on there.

Here I a link to the general amp sub forum:
