Is it possible to use Blue Mahoe for a tone block (3 piece neck) or fretboard for an electric guitar?

I've found some wonderfully blue colored examples and thought it would be perfect for n upcoming project.

I just don't know much about it.

Thanks!

Thanks I've seen that one before. But it doesn't mention anything about using it for a fretboard or in the neck.
