Someone on another forum was looking for a contact cleaner that was safe on plastics and finishes, like Deoxit, but he's in Israel and apparently it's not available there. I believe there are at least a couple of Israeli builders here. I thought I'd put it out there and see what you use so we can help this guy out. |

I've often wondered what exactly deoxit is. Like so many other products it has to be some common widely available compound that is being repackaged and re-priced. Like Zippo lighter fluid, which is just naptha. But costs 10 times as much. |
