Hello,
I'm making an electric for my uncle who plays bluegrass on a Martin D21.
I'd like to use the same string spacing at the nut that is on his Martin.
I believe the spacing may be 1-3/4", but I'm not sure if Marting has a standard spacing.
I know the scale length, radius and neck profile won't match the Martin, but I would like to at least match the string spacing at the nut.
Anyone have a answer?
Thanks,
Dan

There's a very useful PDF guide from Stewmac with most common nuts sizes http://www.stewmac.com/articles/6001-VS#details.print it out and you should find exactly what you need.
