Gonna need a much bigger picture than that to make any reliable judgement. Might just be painted plywood... or stained maple, fitting with the violin style bits. |

That almost certainly isn't the natural color of the wood. It's been colored/dyed. The only wood that comes close to that color is bloodwood, and I'm highly doubtful that's what it is. That being said, it's a 7 string with humbuckers that looks like it was designed for playing metal, so I'm gonna go with Mahogany. |

Please repost a clear, in focus picture of the woods grain. Otherwise I wood say thats extruded plastic painted to look red. |

Like the cort curbow basses with genuine "luthite" bodies. But if you want to get close to that color, Id say use cocobolo and let it oxidize in the sun a couple hours. |
