Very nice Daniel!

My only suggestion if you want suggestions.... is to consider not beveling your fret ends so very radically and instead shaping them with files while endeavoring to preserve fret crown top surface....

We frequently have players complain about radical bevels such as what I see in your first fret board pic. The string tends to at at times fall off the fret because they are so very close to the radical bevel.

It's a real life problem and f*ctories often bevel too much to but they do it because it's easier and cheaper to do a radical bevel than to individually shape fret ends.

Just a suggestion - very cool guitar!

Look's great Daniel!
What woods are used on the fretboard?
I'd guess Wenge and ?
Really nice look.

Love the extra routing on the headstock. Is the neck redheart or padauk?

Neck is padauk, with wenge fretboard and canary wood inlays.

Thanks for the comments on the headstock, I really appreciate it. This design took me a couple of years to get it just right on paper...now in an actual neck I just love it.

Really nice, Daniel!
I like the way you snazzed up the tele design.
Inlays are very cool!
Ditto on the headstock,
and the way all the different woods look together!

Thanks for the comments guys!

Hesh, thanks for your observation on the fret bevels. In this case, it was something I did on purpose, because I wanted a really rounded feel of the fretboard edges. The player wanted something like this.

Usually, I do a 30deg bevel or less. Which gives a nice compromise between confort and the strings not slipping off.

Anything you'd change on the guitar? You can go wild with suggestions... Don't ask for a flux capacitor, apparently flying cars were the only thing that Doc Brown and Marty Mcfly didn't get right for 2015 bliss laughing6-hehe

That's a very cool take on a Tele. Count me as another fan of your headstock design. Many have tried to do variations on the Tele and Strat headstocks, but very few of them are as good as the originals much less manage to improve on them, which you did IMO. Very nice choice of woods. What is the wood you used for the pickguard and control plate? I don't have any wild suggestions to make. The only niggly one would be to make the headstock label, which I like, a bit smaller so as to not crowd the string tree and the headstock edge. Someone's going to be very happy to have that one.

Thanks for your nice comments!

The wood used for the pickguard, is Walnut burl, laminated. I have a cool supplier for nice looking veneers, so I laminate my stock in-house for these funky looking pickguards.

The headstock label is a very good observation, I'm gonna try it on the next iteration.

Beautiful! Very creative and artistic. Nice all around... Love the pickguard and switch plate and the padauk neck.

Interesting wood choices and inlays. Nice.

The guitar turned out very beautiful, the contrast of the woods natural color is great and the fine workmanship clearly shows attention to detail.
As far as changing anything? Its tough to find something without nitpicking :| but...
maybe suggest, -the pickguard screw lay out, perhaps reposition to a more symmetrical and make them equidistant?
