I have a beautiful "Jason Ingrodi" dreadnought that I helped build last spring and the bridge has separated slightly from the soundboard. Guitar has been humidified since build and has had no temperature change whatsoever. We have re glued with Tightbond 1 and all is well.

My question is, is torrefied spruce, or torrefied wood for that matter, subject to compromise with glueing applications? Appreciate your comments and expertise here?

I have never had problems using TB1 on torrified material, and we were using a decade before the guitar world discovered it.
