There was a guy a while back that was experimenting with removing a neck with two small rods that were connected to a heating source much like a battery. I think Frank Ford helped him figure it out. I'll see if I can find the video. This is a good idea, the only drawback I see is having to drill the second hole to #27 size. That's a big piece of fingerboard to patch/cover up once the job is complete. |
