Lance I wouldn't do business with anyone that takes that long to reply. Lot's of fishes in the sea my friend. Try Custom Inlay.

Did you try calling him? I have bought from him in the past and it was completely painless. He sent me some really nice pearl.

But I called him on the phone. Some people only half heartedly check their email. He may be one of them.

I can't imagine that he just wouldn't return the contact.

Odd. I have to say I had very positive experiences with DePaule supply. I did simply make a phone call to find out what they had, any specials, details etc., got an email back confirming the order, confirmed that, and the stuff got shipped 2 days later. I'll definitely be shopping there again, great product, friendly service.

The holiday season don't help a whole lot, but seriously, make a phone call.

They frequently make visit trips to the far east and they may be on hiatis. Be patient as it IS worth the wait. All of my transactions with them has been extremely positive.

I agree Lance, if you are going to post an address you should check it... but if this is the case, he is not alone. I find a lot of small businesses have that problem.
