Just got back from the open house at Sylvan Well's shop in Luray, VA and wanted to say thanks. I had a great time meeting everyone and learning new tricks and strategies from the builders who were there. I am sure that most everyone had a good time, everyone was ready and willing to share.

Thanks again Sylvan and everyone else, great times with good people.

What a day well invested. It was a great time! I got a couple guilding questions clarified. Thanks Sylvan, for hosting and showing us around your shop, more importantly, your way of thinking and doing things. Thatnks to Kahle too for the M & T help. Thanks also to Todd Stock for feeding everyone with the best of goodies, and the binding wood. And our gregarious friend John Hall for the demos on pearl inlay, dovetail fitting, and giveaways.

Everyone enjoyed themselves! (hope I can sleep after the gory jointer and shaper stories)

I wish I'd have had time to really get to know all 12+ guys that were there. Great stuffTerry Stowell39098.4313078704
