I have posted some sets on my web page that may be of interest. There are three large sets for those of you who want to make a jumbo guitar out of Tiger. There is a subsidised postage offer this week on these Jumbo sets with a maximum shipping of $25 USD. The other three sets are OM size due to the width of the back set, although with an appropriate centre strip they would do quite well for a dreanought.



I have also posted some Fiddleback Eucalypt that is an excellent tonewood at an affordable price of $70.00 USD

Wow! i'm a bit of a trad guy when it comes to wood, but they are both absolutely gorgeous. are there any shipping issues sending that kind of stuff to the uk?

Oh my oh my, that is some of the most beautiful wood I have ever seen. Simply spectacular Tim, thanks for making this incredible wood available to us all.

Even though I live in Australia and have some good contacts of my own in the timber trade, Tiger Myrtle is just not seen for sale anywhere else that I know of, particularly sets of this calibre which have been carefully resawn to best display figure and fit the requirements of the guitar making craft, well done .

I have heard from a reliable source that Tim may have some Native Olive soon.

This is another Tasmanian timber, very dense and apparently a superb tonewood. Also hard to get hold of.

You'll have to get in line for it behind Dave and I.
