I know that Lance has been really busy getting all the strings out the door. Thanks for that.

I (I'm sure others as well) would like to know the status of the subscriber items. Where are they at?

I have received the first issue of Guitar maker, so ASIA has my info all set.

Where are the sponsor coupons, my wallet is barking at me to buy something

Mugs and shirts??????

Fretboard journal???? I know you said that they are overwhelmed with the # of required subscriptions but where are they at?

I have not received my subscription to AG yet, I'm sure they have enough copies in print for all of us.

So...................

Holding.........

Rod, everyone should be getting ASIA and AG by now, the FBJ will start with their next issue. The Tees, cups and coupons will be shipping as soon as the strings are out of my hair
Also, there - may - be an additional surprise item or two added if we get them in in time. No more info than that, but it would be from a current OLF Sponsor that wants to chip in for the Subscribers.

OLF Subscription...still the best deal on the Web!

If you haven't already done so, seriously consider becoming a subscriber. The goodies alone are worth the price!

So far only Guitarmaker Issue 59 has made it out to Oz. Really looking forward to the other mags.

Lance, I also haven't received any AG mags. As a matter of fact they stopped right after I signed up and I haven't seen one since.

Are these tied to the ASIA subscription? If so, maybe I can just take it up with Nadine next week in Springfield.

The AG mag goes through ASIA, the FBJ mag goes through us. The first FBJs are in the mail now. I just got mine today...

Just wondering when the 'start' date for the magazine subscriptions is?

Guitarmaker and FBJ are quarterly, and the AG mag is monthly isn't it?  I'm just hoping that the AG mags are taking a particularly long time to cross the ocean.

The start date of AG sort of depends on when you sign up. ASIA sends a batch of new names through to them perioically, but you will receive a full year from when you sign up.

Guitarmaker is quarterly BUT... if you sign up now you will receive all of the 2007 issues. They will send you the ones already out.

And the FBJ is quarterly and you will get 4 issues based on when you sign up. Since we all got the second issue out this year, we should get 3 in 2007 and one in 2008.

Sorry, I should have included that I subscribed in late January.  I got a nice little certificate from ASIA quite a while ago, and a Guitarmaker showed up about the same time.

Thanks for the heads up Brock.

Strange. I received the certificate a couple months back but have seen nothing else. Possibly signed up after the last quarterly issue.

You should let Nadine know at ASIA. I am sure something is wrong. Maybe this week isn't the best time with Symposium coming up, but my guess is they have a problem with your address on file.

She is pretty on top of things.

I joined in March, and got my FB Journal today.  Nice magazine.  Have not had time to read it yet, but looking forward to it.  Will be fun to get the other things when they come.

Has everyone out there who is expecting Fretboard Journal through their OLF subscription gotten it yet? I haven't seen hide nor hair of it.

Yes, my Guitarmaker is coming. I can't tell when my AG subscription kicks in - I had about 9 months remaining when I subscribed to OLF last year, took them a while to get straight on it being an add on rather tahn a new subscription.

All the sub orders should be arriving. Again I say... if you have not seen any Guitarmaker Magazines yet, or Acoustic Guitar magazines (AG probably takes 12 weeks or so to start after ASIA submits the file -- that is pretty typical in the magazine industry) you should contact Nadine Nelson at ASIA. She can help with that.

We can confirm your address with FBJ

and with respect to the other stuff, Lance is our pick pack and ship guy and he has been up to his eyeballs in string orders, but the shirts and mugs are in, they just need to be shipped out.

We are just resource poor for these labor intensive tasks.
