This is  a response to Hesh's "pay it forward" he did for me earlier. He was generous toward me and gave me something I needed and have used alot since, and he even paid the shipping to send it to me.

This Sycamore tree came from my home town of Callahan, Florida. It literally came out of the yard for town hall. A tree surgeon friend of mine was hired to remove the trees so that they could extend the fire station and town hall about 2 years ago. I got the logs and then milled them into lumber, which has been sitting in my barn ever since drying. I finally got a chance to mill some of this up to see what kind of zoot it would make, and was shocked at what I got. I just had to share some of it with Hesh since he had so generously shared with me.

I can't wait to see what kind of guitar he makes out of it!

By the way Hesh, this was all book matched and all fo the wood came from the same board. It is hard to find that kind of stuff anywhere else :)
