Well, really it's Rodrigo y Gabriela's week, but some of this week's artist spotlight was shot in my shop. If you watch MTV, you're bound to catch some of this; I don't have a TV so I won't, but here's some of the little clips up on the 'Net.

Apparently, due to copywrite issues, I cannot see this if I don't live in the US.....apparently to the screen... :-( I was looking forward to seeing this.

I would have to subscribe to MTV!!!

Very cool. They have a really nice mix of playing styles.

That was pretty cool.  They really have quite an interesting style(s). It was great to actually put a face and voice to Rick.

I gotta say though, that had to be one of the most annoying sites ever.  15 seconds of video clip, 30 seconds of commercial.  I saw the same ad 6 times in a row.

I CAN'T VIEW IT! Stupid copyright laws. If someone was to figure out a way
to copy it and post it here that would be great.
Thanks,
Danny

All I was able to see was the teaser, about 30 seconds. Did it keep
playing for all you? Ah, I'll figure it out.

James, it keeps reloading and starting another 20 second clip.  Usually a commercial in between the ones you want to see.  It keeps going for a bunch of segments.  I didn't count.  It is very interesting.

These are only 20 to 40 second clips; there is no long show.   This is TV for the ADD generation...

Wow, that's really cool. I actually like the way it's broken up. It lets them
show a more comprehensive picture of the group than if they were to try
to string it all together without awkward transitions. It would've been
neat if they showed more building, but I like what they used there. I like
the part about not letting the instruments get in the way.

Well done Rick!

Congratulations on making it to the big time! I thought the part about explaining what custom guitars are for hit the nail on the head. It should help all of us in the business now that people understand why the need for custom guitars exists.

Cant see it as I'm not a collonial and my ancestors stayed in the old country........

So Rick, are R & G playing your guitars now?

I LOVE their playing (and the fact that they live in Ireland now!!)
