If any of you folks had been at Alaskawoods.com during the past about 13 days and put together a look to see order, you probably would have been taken back by the shipping cost. The plugin that does the shipping calculations was broken and only offering the weight based rates for USPS and not the Priority flat rate box rates for those products that will fit the gameboard box/boxes. I am happy to report the plugin developers found the problem and make the patch/update, and the problem is corrected. Hope it’s all fixed. I tried a test order and it said not shipping to my state, Illinois. So I tried some nearby states and got same results. Thanks.

Ed, I was playing around with it too and found that if you put a city and zip code in it will work. Try that.

Maybe we should see if the group is interested in a group buy for next year. . .

Ed, I actually use Illinois as my test state/zip code remembering commercials on TV with zip code 60606 as a kid in Chicago in the 60's.
The zip code is the key ingredient for domestic shipping calculations, where as country is key for intl., with the exception of Canada, where eastern post codes will have higher rates than those in BC.
The shipping calculator will pack flat rate boxes, depending on acoustic top booksets - 8 per box, archtops- 2 per box, bracewood- 6 per box, or various combinations of any products under 24" long and 11.75" wide.

I did not try a zip code. Just picked state from list. I should have realized I was missing something. My bad. Thanks.
