Hi folks,

Several years ago I built this:

When I built it I bought mostly enough stuff for two of them. I don’t know why. :D The threaded knobs, nuts and all thread are needed to have the full kit.

If anyone wants to make one of these, I’ve got the HDPE all taped and marked and most of the parts to do it. Yours for free if you pay shipping.

I love mine! Way better than using a Drexel in the Syewmac jig…

Trevor Gore has posted in the past about his modification to eliminate backlash from a jig of this general type. I incorporated his ideas into my own jig and with a precision aftermarket collet and bits you have a rig of almost toolroom precision for chump change. I think you can find Trevor’s posts on the ANZLF.
