Anyone know where to find these teeny tiny grommets that taper to a smaller inside diameter? All I can find online are ones with a more straight up and down interior wall. Looking to incorporate these into a lap steel bridge design. The small size is of great importance

No, but they look like printed circuit board thru hole ferrules a.k.a "PCB via".

Try guitar string ferrules on Amazon, lots there. Hard to guess what the rest of yours look like embedded in the bridge. Yours look nice though and I see why you are looking for them.

THROUGH HOLE RIVETS!!!!! Kbore, thank you! Those are the ones. Ferrules, grommets and even eyelets I had searched, but these are what I'm looking for - the softer radius at the top, unlike the aforementioned with a more severe break angle, probably too sharp for a string. I must have looked through a gazillion pictures yesterday, funny that I never came across through hole rivets. Thanks again!
