I have decided that on my Martin OM, I do not want to use the plastic binding, heel plate, and butt wedge. I have already installed the Butt wedge using Gorilla Glue. I would like to remove it. Ideas?

Will Gorrila Glue loosen with heat?

I bought some nice quilted/curly maple from RC for those applications. (Thanks Bob, they look awsome!)

Why not just remove it the way you cut to install it ? If you routed the mortise , just route it out.

Route it out. Make a rub collar template slightly larger than the existing wedge and let the chips fly.
If you've got a template collar set the same template will work for your replacement wedge.
