I made up an order form for custom archtops in Word that tends to break up when emailed. The form was done using the "Forms" options in Word which allows electronic entry into the various fields. Wondering if someone can take me by the hand and tell me how to convert the form to another format such as Excel or perhaps HTML to eliminate the "break up" problem?

I use excel for my invoices. You should be able to just copy the information from your word document into excel. You will have to adjust some of the column widths most likely and then mess around with getting things set up but once you have it it will be stable.

I can send you a copy of an invoice if you e-mail me and you can use that as an example to get you started.

Seriously another option is to set up your invoice in Word table format, then print to PDF format and send that as an attachment to your billing emails.Anthony Z38638.0132407407

Depending on the version of Word and Excel you may also have the ability to save as HTML as well...Open the document or spreadsheet and do file, save as and see if HTML is an option. It has been there for the last few versions of Office. Office 2003 also gives you the ability to save as XML also.

Shawn--I've tried saving as HTML but I get the message that parts of the Word file are not compatible with HTML. I used the Forms toolbar in Word for developing the form with items such as text boxes, check boxes and drop downs.
