WEP encryption is probably the easiest way to do that.
If you've got hacker neighbors or a corporate network and really want to lock things down, you can use MAC filtering. Each individual network card has it's own unique MAC address, and you can figure out what MAC address is of for every computer or device that you want to use with your wireless network, and only allow those specific devices on your network. That's pretty much overkill for most home networks, and it's a pain if you have a friend come over with a laptop that wants to use your network.
I grew up in Omaha, but I don't live there anymore, though my folks still live there. I've never seen him on any online forums, but there's a guy named John Hargiss in the Benson area (~60th and Maple) with a shop on Maple street. He's real friendly and outgoing. I used to work at a bicycle shop at the 90th and Maple area. So years before I was into guitar building, I brought my strat in to have him route the pickup cavities for deeper pickups, and in trade I tuned up his wife's mountain bike. I remember he showed me a pic of a double neck guitar/mando that he had built and sold. That was about 14-15 years ago, but I'm pretty sure he's still around.letseatpaste38931.5661111111
