I found this small jointer on ebay and luckily the guy lived only 23 miles from me so I saved 50 bucks shipping by picking it up! It's a Shop Fox,the one Steve S has. Thanks Steve! I put it together and after a few minor adjustments, It's working great.I love the heavy cast iron fence and impeller(blower) that clears all the chips. So far,So good! Thanks for all your help guys!

That's THE one I found as well. It's made by a company called Palmgren, and it works like a dream. It literally made my edges perfectly flat...confirmed by my granite plate. Nice score!

Dave,
I'm glad you like it.   Shop Fox has great customer service if you need anything from them. I broke one of the screws that adjusts the blade height. The local dealer couldn't seem to get one for me. After several weeks, I called Shop Fox and had them in 2 days.
