16-20 compound Tom, i believe it would make a very nice fingerbooar! I'm not much of a fingerstylist, i rarely put the pick down! Will have to get me some fingerstyle music and learn though!

I was not doubting your reasoning at all The thing I was puzzeld by why a 12-16. Only because to me this more of an electric type compound ratio. I gues since I have played on 16" six string and 20" twelve string radius and a few 16-20 six and nine string guitars for so long that a 10" starting radius just seamed a bit too round in my minds eye on an acoustic.
