Bob, this appears to be a frivolous post, merely an attempt to attain the lofty position of grizzled vet faster. And if it is, count me in

Grizzled Vet is still 3 stars.

There is a 4 star position, but that is WAY WAY up there.

Then admins have 5 stars and the title Big Kahuna

I thought "senior menber" was 3 stars and "grizzled vet" was 4 stars.

At lease that's what mine shows.

I stand corrected. You are right.... But there is another level higher than Grizzled Veteran. I might need to come up with some other moniker for those who reach that status.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about getting to grizzled, it was that groupie title I wanted to get away from.

Groupie is appropriate for me, I shouldn't post too much so I can keep it.

no. I would be embarrassed to have that title then see the likes of Bill Moll, Dan Erlewine, David Berkowitz, Mike Doolin, etc. cruising through.

I think it has to be more about your status as a FORUM member, not as a luthier...

don't you think?

This site already consumes far too much of my time. (Not complainin'...just observin'.) To get up to 5 stars, w/ appropriate nomenclature... how about "Get A Life"?

Just a thought.

And put that angry face in it for sure.
