Hesh--

This guitar has come together very well. The photo's are great, but they still do not do it justice! Having seen the body just prior to binding I can say that this is going to be an awesome guitar!

Congrats on getting it out the door.

Hesh -- any chance you have organized a build pictorial on this one? The reason I ask is that there were a lot of great threads/discussions as you went for some flattop wanna bee (hint hint )

Any chance you could get Tony to cut you a sound port at this juncture?

I am really looking forward to seeing this one completed!

This is so exciting Hesh. I think this could be the best, certainly in the top 5 guitars ever posted here.

You should really be proud my friend. I am so looking forward to seeing the final product.

I would ask one thing of you. You and Lacey decide though of course.

Other's may hate me for this, but I don't care.

Keep us in suspense till the final revealing when it's all done. No finishing progress pics. No got it back from Tony pics. No gluing on the bridge pics.

The anticipation will heighten and just after Christmas and New Years we will want another big present and I can't think of a greater gift that you could give to us OLFer's than opening up this wonderful present when it's all finished up. Now, we want about 50 pictures and lots with you smiling this time please . I hope you know that this will be very hard for me even to accept but I think the anticipation will heighten so much that the final revealing will be astonishing.

Funny brother Rod should mention to hold off showing us progress pics from Tony... I was thinking the exact same thing... My little heart is so broken thinking about that gorgeous Lutz all pai.... ooohhh...

Seriously, it would be cool that you lay that one all done up on us...

It would be more... 'Shazaaam!'

well, great minds think alike! I think it would be really sweet to see her completed so that there would be some surprize effect left, i often think that i should do the same, being envious of those who show up at the last minute saying " HEY LOOKEEE HERE MY GUITAR IS DONE!"

Hesh you always showed good taste for your guitars and that black top will be wonderful i'm sure even if i honestly disagreed with the idea at first, i'm sure i will be awestruck by the beauty that will come out of Tony's booth!
I am planning on adding a detailed building section to my web site and documenting the build of an entire guitar (except for making my own purfing, finishing, etc. you sour grape kind of guy.....)
Great Hesh -- look forward to seeing it!

Sour grapes -- me -- nah -- not even close! It's a hobby for most of us -- so do what ever turns your crank
