I never got around to posting my low-tech tail inlay jig on the last thread so here it is: It's crude but is fully adjustable for body depth,inlay angle/width and works flawlessly.

This is the part that goes against the guitar:

Brad, Nice jig. An addition you could make to it is to make two blocks of wood that are as wide as the distance from the edge of your router to outside edge of your bit. You then take your end graft inlay, place it on the jig, put the block on and set the sides of the jig to match.
