Hi folks, just received an e-mail from our brother Rod True asking me to make this thread, this is your last chance to add your name and address for the book that's gonna travel around the world and into which your comments will be written and read with great pleasure by all of us!

Rod has already printed the names and addresses of the first batch of OLFers who joined, those who will join in have untill this week end to prvide their informations and the book will be on it's way to an OLFer next monday!

Way to go Rod YYAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!

Serge, so all you need is their name and address?

By the way, what is the name of the book again?

Should they PM you if they want their address private?

Oh, and they should know that they have to pay shipping to the next person as they send it back out? Right?

OOOPS thanks Bruce, Rod didn't remind me the exact name of the book but i think it was th Eric Clapton guitar so correct me anyone who is in the know!

Also Rod just mentionned to have a list made here but for those who wish that their addresses remain confidential, i'll be glad to receive them through PM and forward them to Rod via e-mail.

And finally, yes, you obviously have to pay the shipping to send the book to the next person that will be on the list of names that Rod will provide, i suppose that Rod will identify the next receiver to the present holder so that addresses remain confidential for those who wish so...Will check with him and will be back to confirm this...

Wayne Henderson is the builder. I do not know the name of the book though. Forgot.

I thought that I should at least get this back up on the board for a "last call". Thanks Serge.

OK, so here is the deal.

I will be paying the shipping for overseas deliveries ie: Europe and Auzzie land and back to North America so lets get some more of our truly global members in on this. I think I will even start it out in Australia, and have it shipped to Europe (is it less expensive this way???)

Here is the list I have so far (not in any particular order). I will be arranging the shipping route so as to keep the cost down. I will add a map of all the locations the book is to be going and also the list of participants so you know who will get the book next.

Please feel free to write your comments anywhere in the book and remember to sign the front, with date and location.

Thanks JJ for chiming in with the book in question.

If you all don't mind just emailing me your shipping information I'll get this ball rolling. rodtrue at shaw dot ca

Or if you want to be removed from the list, let me know too.

OK, so here is the list to date in no particular order.

Serge Poirier
Ronn Coates
JJ Donohue
Danny V
Aoibeann (AKA Lillian )
Bruce Dickey
Old Man Ron Wisdom
Paul Woolson
John Elshaw
Michael McBroom
Alain Desforges
Hank Mauel
John How
Paul B (Australia, rally the troops bud)
Kim Hickey (Ozzie)
Craig Lawrence (Auzzie too)
Bob Connor (And another Uzzie)
The Zootman Bob Cefalu
Dave Andy
Coe Franklin
John Cavanaugh
Peter M
Sam Price (UK, you rally the troops too Sam)
Martin Edwards (Luck of the Irish is good)
Ed Barajas
Tom Dowey
Arnt Rian
Shane Neifer

Lets see if we can get up to 30 participants.

If I sent you a PM, I don't have your address other wise, I have it Rod True39107.1224189815

Yeah Martin,

We will send it on with the copy of that book "Learning to play Cricket: A basic guide for the complete novice". It came across with the first fleet but we've finished reading it now, so, in the interest of developing some level of competition, I reckon Merry Old should have it back.

Cheers

Kim

Righto. I reckon I'll jump in too. I just found out what the book was about and read a few reviews. Sounds interesting. I'll send a PM to the Top Brass.

As a bonus I'll send some Vegemite to the next person.

And BTW, I don't care who wins in the cricket -- as long as we beat New Zealand -- wooohoo. Claire says waving to Craig. hehehehe

Cheers
