I want to make a box for vacuum gluing my top and back braces.
Does anyone have plans or photos on making one. Tricks, do's don'ts etc.

Andy, Here's a link showing my version. My original system was square, but didn't hold up due to the stress put on the corners. The round version seems bulletproof. Hope this helps.

Andy, check out the article by Charles Fox in the latest American Lutherie, about vacuum systems. He has some great suggestions (based on improvements he's made over the years), with photos, on how to build one of these.

Andy, sorry if I was a bit vague. I was referring to the photos on page 27 of the bracing frame, or box, as you call it, and his discussion of that specific fixture on pages 26 and 27.
