So for weeks my wife has been bragging to he best friend that I make the greatest Buffalo Wings this side of, well, Buffalo. So naturally, her friend has been all over me to make some for her. We invite them over for the Superbowl and make a promise of Wings.
So what do I do? I get watching a movie while cooking the wings, and forget tham as ADD people often do.

Yep - burnt to a crisp.

Out here in Colorado, it was discovered, about 15 years ago, that one of the buffalo herds had a calf that had little wings near the large hump. Well, selective breeding and capitalism, Voila.

Come to Buffalo if ya want good wings my friends. Not burnt but HOT
