I thought some of you folks in the Tri-cities, Tennessee region might like to know about this. Perhaps one of the best guitarists in the world will be in concert in Kingsport TN this weekend. If you live near northeast Tennessee, you should know about this event.
On behalf the Arts Council of Greater Kingsport, I would like to invite everyone to see 2004 Grammy Award Winner Al Petteway and Amy White. This concert will be a Valentine Treat of Celtic and Appalachian Music.
Northeast Tennessee will see some great guitar, mandolin, vocal talent from this duo, not to mention the many other instruments played. Amy is Al's wife and she not only has a wonderful voice, she has an unbelievable command over the mandolin, guitar, piano, and Celtic harp!
Since the Arts Council is sponsoring the event the tickets are inexpensive - $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors.
