Well, after serious hair-pulling, I finally got the schedule added to the
ASIA website. Go to http://www.guitarmaker.org and click on the
Symposium Schedule link. It will pop up in a new window.

*** Big Kahuna Edit -- here is the link to THE SCHEDULE

I don't expect any major changes, but there are bound to be minor ones.
If you have any questions about the programs, contact me or post to this
site.

Craig -- shipping information will be going out to vendors in the next
couple of daysBrock Poling38477.4050925926

Have you got a start on a vendors list?

Are the vendors usually set up to ship purchases out of state?

Are they usually able to take credit cards, or do I need to bring cash?

Rick thanks for the link. Monty I would bring cash and or checkbook along with a credit card. I don't think everyone will be set up to take credit cards.

Is there a way to format the page for printout? Right side gets cut off when I tried to print...

Terry,
You can reset the printout to Landscape in Internet Explorer by clicking on "File", "Page Setup..." and selecting Landscape. That should help.Don Williams38477.3847800926

(Thanks to the Big Kahuna for making the link work!)

I'm working on a PDF version of the schedule for download, but as usual
I'm learning new technology ... I wish this web stuff was as simple as
guitar making! I should have the software in a day or two and will get it
up ASAP.

I've never been asked for a vendor list but it makes sense. Give me a
couple of days and I'll make up another web page.

In the past, vendors have taken credit cards on trust and processed them
when they returned home. Most also take personal checks. All are happy
with cash!

Here you go... this is a quick and dirty version. The page breaks are a little weird... with the original source this would be a snap to fix.

If you are still using a Mac just print the file as a PDF document. That is
all there is to it!

Don't need it on a Mac. Built into the system software.

Sylvan -- you're right as always! Here I am assuming that I need special
software when Mac has foreseen the need. I discovered that it's in Safari
when I was at a friend's this afternoon but Brock did the hard part for us.

Thanks to you both!

It is actually part of the operating system-no matter what program you
are using you can always print to a "pdf" file!
