I need to clean some white plastic binding on a guitar with a
nitrocellusouse finish.  There are some areas that have some dark
staining from what looks like the cloth on the case.



I tried a mild detergent without any luck whatsoever.  I don't want to damage the finish.



Any thoughts?  Thanks!

Naphtha might work...and it won't harm nitro.
