Well I was sort of mulling over the idea that myrtle would be a good first guitar.... now I'm drooling all over the keyboard. Thanks guys! The satin finish on that last one is very nice. Mmmmm....myrtle....ahhhh.

Go for it, Martin. You won't regret it! After seeing the way you beautified the walnut/bearclaw wood on that dreadnought, Myrtle will be jussssst right...

I am having to wait a few weeks' for mine due to circumstances of me not being around when the wood arrives. I DON'T want it sitting on my porch!!...and am SOOOO looking forward to it.

God willing, the best things come to those who wait...
