I am not sure where we are with this? We have usually given you guys permission to make some offer to olf'ers who 'sign on' on our behalf. Not that I am looking to give stuff away but I would like to continue my part in support of this community. Are you still doing the certificate thing?

I am not entirely sure if these offers are proposed in jest or seriously... but... if I may offer a suggestion.

I would not emulate another sponsor's coupons to the letter. I think that you want to offer some differentiation so consumers won't be confused (and trust me... they get confused easy).

For instance, Bob, you could toss in a free soundboard on orders of over $500. That has about a $50 retail value and is probably enough of an incentive to get someone to spend a few extra bucks to bump the order to $500... and it has the added benefit of not ** REALLY ** costing you $50 in cash. (This is just an idea of course, we are game for anything).

I think the free shipping coupons are probably going to be a staple, so the only differentiation in these will be the $ threshold required to get it, and the upper limit on the value of the shipping service.

Other ideas might be:

Buy 3 get one free.

Buy $500 of products and get a dozen stickers free (and personalize the stickers with your name, web address and phone number... you can buy a cool brand at Woodcraft)

... well.. I have lots of ideas. If you want me to help you customize something... let me know. I would be happy to help you think of something that will be a good incentive for the community, and be profitable to you.
