This is a pretty good website, if you havn't run across them before.  They sell build it yourself drum sanding parts for a design they developed. I've seen it, and it works, but probably not particularly great for heavy thickness sanding passes.  Very good for smooth sanding purposes, and produces very little dust in the air because of low static design and low pressure sanding.  They also sell Resawing hold-downs for bandsaw applications, mop sanders, and some other stuff.
