I am used to make a day trip to Stockholm from Helsinki by ferry every now and then, so I would love to visit the store and your shop to see your guitars live someday!

Wow, thanks for those warm words everybody!

Well, mr Vesa and mr Rian, maybe a scandinavian OLF gettogether?

Darren, those strips are somogyi-inspired positionmarks/strips,
something that I really fell in love with. Looks sortof art-deco-ish.

Next up is a new SJ design, a project I will be making to get my bachelors
degree. I will make two guitars as similar as possible, with the only
difference of one having lam.rims/reversed kerfing and one standard
martin-style. All woods are cut next to eachother(thanks shane) and all
parts will be made simultaneously. The goal is to more scientificly explore
if there is a tonal difference and what the difference is. Its gonna be
exciting! Ill come back on this subject in another thread...

Why not?

Are any of you going to Nordisk Akustisk Gitarfestival at NAAS SLOTT, Lerum, Sweden September 28-29th 2007?

I was going to go last year but I never got around to it, perhaps this year I can swing it. What do you guys think, you have been there before, right Lars?

Yes!
I met Micke the other day but forgot to ask him, but it looks like its
gonna be a third year for the festival too. I was there the first year, and it
was great. Naas is a bit outside of gothenburg, but a lot of people showed
up, so we had a really nice time.

Well, hope to see yuo all there (including you yankees and aussies )

Shawn, your swedish is good enough, I bet you would be able to hold a
conversation with a swede. by the way, did yo get my PM about the Bolin
plans?

Lars, I was excited to see that you had posted some pics.
I knew they would be great...(I am a big fan of your work).
I was NOT disappointed. Beautiful guitar, in every way!

By the way, your plan will look great hanging in your shop. (And I suppose your guitar would look great hanging in MY shop. )

Steve
