Have I missed something??

Have not seen a post from Don Williams for some time and most surprisingly did not see anything offered by him at the recent swap meet??

Hope everything is OK with our good and clever friend.

Cheers

Kim

Hey Kim & Hesh,

I'm still here, but have been busy as all get-out. I got a promotion on my job, and have been working my butt off to keep up and make the bosses secure in their decision of giving me the promotion. When I'm not working my butt off there, I'm working my butt of here at home, spending a lot of time resawing wood and preparing more for resawing. Also I've been working to learn some CAD/CAM software. Mostly I've been lurking here, but get a chance to send a PM every now and then.
Swap meet...I didn't even know it was happening until it was well into it. But seeing that all my wood is either uncut or freshly stickered, I didn't have much to put in there anyway and will wait for later in the summer and have a big sale on a ton of stuff, including Honduran rosewood, cocobolo, black acacia, curly shedua, a ton of figured mahogany, quilt sapele, ziricote, yadda yadda, and maybe even a set or two of brazilian. I'm way behind the eight ball, and even my website is terribly out of date and empty.

Thanks for asking!

Glad to hear that everything is OK with you Don and very happy to hear of the promotion. Obviously your employer has no problem identifying the cream, congrats mate

Oh, and can't wait to get a look in the New England Tonewoods cave when you update.

Cheers

Kim
Put me down for two sets of yadda yadda when it's resawn.
Wow, you must have quite the savings account. That stuff is so rare that ukelele sets sell in the $3000 range. I won't even post how much the guitar sets sell for. But great, I'll make sure I put a couple nice sets aside for you.

Thanks Alain, I'm now a "Senior Accountant". Not that I really deserve the title, but hey I'll take it.

Man, I'm glad I got my Bubinga sets before things got too crazy.  I'll be looking whe the stuff hits the site.  Good to see you posting.  I'm not sure I'm ready for yaada yaada yet though.

Don,
Great to hear from you Bro!
Congrats on your promotion! I hope you settle into it so you will have time to do the things you like also.
I could use a small piece of yaada yaada for an end graft if you can spare it.

Wade
