Hello All,

I am selling two excellent power tools:

- a very lightly used recently purchased bench top model Clayton
Oscillating Spindle Sander, 110V.
The model is described in full, with a stock photo, here:
http://www.cheyennesales.com/catalog/clay140_146.htm
My Clayton is in near-mint condition and has all parts and manual. Two
of the sanding sleeves have some use but are still in excellent and
effective sanding condition.
Price for this machine, in virtually new condition, is $500 (that's a very
good price, I must say, as this unit when new sells for $764 without
shipping).

- Porter Cable 10" Bench top Table Saw Model 3812, 110V.
In excellent condition, rarely used, with 2 good blades. With accessories
and manual, price for this table saw is $220 (that's less than half of the
price of a new one!).

I am selling these items because we are doing a major renovation and
have to pack up the house. It became apparent this morning that my
already-very-small-shop is going to have to get alot smaller in a big
hurry! The renovation begins in 9 days and I have to find extra space
yesterday! So I am very interested in selling these items ASAP and have
priced them accordingly. Please note, I will not ship these items; they are
for local pick up only at my home in Newton, MA.

I can be reached via email at:
vivianecker AT comcast DOT net

You can also contact me via the PM here on the forum.

Thanks and best wishes to all,
Viv

sad to hear that you are being compressed and have to divest, but family comes first. hope you get to expand again soon.

good luck with the renovations!

Hi Michael,

Thanks very much for your kind words!
Right now it's hard to imagine what will happen here in just about a week.
It's dizzying already!

Best regards,
Viv

We've been doing major renovation work to our house over the last few (five?) years (almost tripled the floor area). So you have my commiserations - it gets old real fast, especially when you do most of the work yourself to save $$$.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, I'll be expanding again in the next six months or so. I hope you don't go through the same pain as me, seeing your new shop almost ready to move into, but family comes first so the workshop is last on the list of things to complete.

Good luck selling your gear, pity MA isn't a lot closer to Sydney or I might buy that stuff myself. And good luck with the house reno.

Hello again,

The table saw is sold - yea!

The Clayton Oscillating Spindle Sander is till available.

I am lowering the price for the spindle sander to
$450 (!!) - what a deal!

Last chance for at least a few months as Mr. Demo Man arrives on Tuesday June 12 and then no one can get into my shop for about 3 months

Thanks for looking!
Viv
