Why does every thing creep along as if I still had Windows 95 and a dial-up modem? I only recently discovered this forum, and I want to know!

Also, is there a table of contents, or at least a list of topic titles?

I agree, the turn around is slow. I usually have several other pages open and surf a little there and come back.

Instead of going directly to the cascading forums, try clicking on Active Topics. I think you will find it much quicker as it is less database intensive. Welcome to the OLF.
