The following picture is of a case made for my friend Rick Maguire aka "Tasmanian Blackwood Rick" by Ameritage. Rick makes amazing electric carved-top solid body guitars.



The logo and text you see is embroidered into the fabric, and then stretched over the case shell during the manufacturing process. Get this... the cost is only around $25 a case or so, give or take a couple dollars.

This is a pretty cheap option except that they can only do it on a custom case. So you've got that expense to deal with.

Is it listed on their site. I know Ameritage cases don't come cheap, but I have been buying those already, so the incremental cost would just be the customization.
