This one will be shipping out to Singapore hopefully this Thursday.
Malaysian Blackwood from the Zootman with an Adi Top from Steve at Colonial.
Very balanced tone with a very well present bass.
I am actually very impressed with how well the Malaysian Blackwood projects! Great volume!

Peter, you better take a rest!  That would be after you take a bow!  That is a superb guitar.  There is nothing in that one not to like.  Beautiful in every way I can see.

Peter, I always find your work so clean and elegant and inspiring. This is really beautiful. I love that top and your finish. Just perfect.

Peter,
That's a great looking guitar and I'm sure it sounds wonderful, too. Nice
understated appointment scheme that really lets the woods be
appreciated....and they're some thing to behold!

Great piece,

Holy sh&@! Don't send that off to a foreign land. Keep it!! Oh please, gods of air travel, please let this guitar travel safely via land and air.
Ok my little travel dance and prayer are done.
Awesome work Peter. By the way, great photos too... new screen saver.

Man, I'd LOVE to see the new owner's face when he opens this package!    I bet the only thing better than looking at it is playing it. Really fine work, Peter.

So, 'fess up on that binding! Holly?

Also, could I impose upon you to give us a tutorial on using those mini-pins? What's the material? At what angle do you drill the holes? How far into or through the top do they go? Do you glue them in? Epoxy? We've seen these used by others, but I don't think the process has been fully explained. TIA (unless your process is proprietary, of course!).

Thanks Carlton!
The process is not proprietary, its pretty close to the Doolin design which can be found on the tutorials. My pins go all the way through the soundboard.
